We can not be held liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, or incidental damage to our database that results in loss of listings or closure of our website.

We reserve the right to move your listing to another category or subcategory without your consent.

We reserve the right to edit the title, and description of all websites that are submitted to us.

We reserve the right to remove hate, or other illegal sites.

By submitting a link you understand that: You are required to pay a fee of 45 USD for every URL you submit. (Unless a discount has been agreed in advance)

Paying the 45 submission fee does not guarantee a listing in our database. We will however issue a full refund to any sites rejected.

When a website which has been listed changes it's content to violate these terms and conditions we will remove the site and NOT issue a refund.
